Due to the nature of our product, an educational workbook, we do not offer returns or refunds on purchased items. This helps us protect the integrity of our content and ensure fairness for all customers.

❗ Exceptions

If your workbook arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll gladly replace the item at no additional cost. To show the damage purchasers will require to send us an image of the damaged book.
